How to correctly control your mind
This is a technique which really helped me.

This is my first BLOG so I don't know how you will accept me in this field, but I am sure you will like it and relate it at some point.
Today I will talk about how to control your brain.

People these days find themselves occupied by social media , depression or external pressure . But the one specially the teens who can control their small brain are the real future of the earth.
Let me start with an interesting fact:
Did you know our brain can only process information with a speed of 60 Bits/s. Your internet speed is 100 Mb/s, but YouTube still buffers with such internet speed. from this 60 Bits/s, 30kb/s is filled with the images you are seeing, the things you are imagining. And when you are doing math then your brain is like:
my old computer.
You will now ask me that we are using 100% of our brain in every work where we give full concentration?
Well the answer is yes.
Today I am going to talk about how to correctly control your mind like a professional .

So to control your mind the following things you need to do daily :
1.Meditation 15mins.
2.Writing with your non dominant hand.
3.Listening to music and different kinds of sounds.
4.Listening to the devil and doing with the angel.
Now I will explain them A-Z :
Meditation(Manipulating)
The typical type of meditation which you do will help you to keep yourself calm but not help you to control your mind . Let me explain this form of meditation where you don't need to sit in dark room and close your eyes . Just find a cool and silent place, sit there see everything around you for 5mins , Observe the movements and hear the sounds . Now close your eyes and imagine yourself in the same place . Try to remember the whole scene . On day one you will be able to see only 30% of the surrounding closing your eyes , this will slowly increase and become 100% . The day you will be able to see everything around you for a long time . You will be able to manipulate your brain .
This will help you to convince your brain to be in chill mode even though you are in high tension .
Writing with your non dominant hand
Majority of you write with right hand. Have you ever tried writing with you left hand ? Well you failed maximum time . This is because you are only using one side of your brain . When both sides of the brain will interact you will be able to take control of the brain. Next time write with your non dominant hand , comb your hair with the hand you do not use. Use both the sides of your brain .
This will help you to unlock the maximum working capacity of your brain making you 2 times more productive than you usually are.
Listening to music and different kinds of sounds
Listening to music is nor just understand the lyrics or moving your heels with the beat. It is scientifically proven that certain pitch of sounds help you to be more efficient and stress free. From next time try to listen to different bird sounds , fire crackling sounds , breeze sounds .
This will make you interactive with the earth and and feel relaxed. If you are stressed you should try it.
Listening to the devil and doing with the angel
Well, the previous 3 skills were nothing, the actual mind controlling setup will begin from here. You have read in comics or watched cartoons where the character has 2 sides, a devil side and an angel side. Let me show you the images in case you don't remember:
Well, I guess you understood this now. This is how our mind works in real life, the angel side is the good side and will tell you to study and work hard whereas the devil side will tell you to take risk and become a badass. Here you, or majority of you fall in the trap where you either listen to the angel and become a good guy or listen to the devil side and become a daredevil. The fact is that doing both of the process is absolutely wrong and will make you a failure in either way. Don't believe me? Let me show a real example.
A boy named Sam was too good in studies, he used to be the topper of the class. Finally, after graduation he managed to get into Harvard university and finally get a job of high package! On the other hand, there was a boy Rafel who used to sit in class and was not much good in academics, but the thing he had was business mind. After graduation he invested and finally became a successful businessman. But here comes the twist, Sam actually got the job of the company where Rafel had invested. In life there are little more than a million ways of success but the one who will choose the perfect path will be the real successful.
So, to find the best way of success you need to speak to the angel to understand what is good for yourself. After you find your best route of success, then you need to speak to the devil to get the best possible path towards the aim, and there you go BOOM! you became one of the diamonds of the world. The angel will show you your success destination and the devil will make you a daring and risk-taking person in other words badass.
Wait let me tell you something before you leave:
Don't waste your time taking motivations from YouTube videos, instead read real success stories. Also don't share your path to success with others because you are the one who will be successful not others.
